There are two ways to get started with your Saphe T, depending on where you purchased it. Choose the guide below that matches your purchase.
- Purchased on our website: We have already started the subscription for you – you just need to connect to your Saphe when you receive it.
- Purchased from a retailer: You receive a code in the package for a certain number of months’ subscription, which you activate yourself in the app.
Setup when purchased from a retailer
If you have purchased your Saphe T from a retailer, you can set it up as follows:
- Open the Saphe Link app
- Tap "Menu"
- Select "Subscription"
- Choose the device you want to unlock by tapping: "Unlock device"
- Tap the option "Buy new subscription"
- Enter your voucher code when prompted.
- Select payment frequency and payment method, and complete the setup.
If you wish to upgrade from a Premium subscription, you will be offered the option to convert afterwards.
Purchased via our website
If you have purchased your Saphe from us, we have already activated the subscription for you. You just need to connect to your Saphe to get started.
Are you being asked for a code?
If the app asks for a code when you try to connect, it may be because you are logged in with a different account than the one you used when ordering.
Here is how you can check:
- Open the Saphe Link app.
- Go to "Menu".
- Tap the name at the top of the menu.
- See which email is listed under Account ID.
If this is not the email you used to order your Saphe T, you can log out at the bottom of the page and log in with the correct email. Once you are logged in with the correct email, you can connect to your Saphe T and get started immediately.
