Each Saphe device requires its own subscription to access the premium features and updates in the Saphe Link app. Therefore, a subscription cannot be shared between multiple devices, as it is linked to the individual device.
If you have a subscription and multiple devices that require a subscription, you will need to transfer the subscription in the Saphe Link app each time you switch car and device.
Manage Multiple Subscriptions Under One Account
Although the subscriptions are separate, you can easily keep track of multiple subscriptions under the same user profile in the Saphe Link app. This makes it easier to manage several devices and their subscriptions all in one place.
Use Separate Subscriptions for Each Device
If you want to avoid having to transfer subscriptions between devices, we recommend that you have a separate subscription for each Saphe device. This means that each device – for example, your Saphe T or an older model – has its own active subscription. Then you can simply connect and use the individual device in the car it belongs to, without extra setup or waiting time.
Benefits of Separate Subscriptions
- You avoid constantly transferring subscriptions between devices, which saves time and prevents interruptions.
- Each car is always ready with full Saphe functionality, making your driving safer and more comfortable.
- You get flexibility to use different models or versions of Saphe devices in your cars.
How to Get Subscriptions for Multiple Devices
It is easy to subscribe to multiple Saphe devices via the Saphe Link app on both iOS and Android or on Saphe’s official website. Choose the subscription that suits you best – for example Saphe Premium or Premium+ – and link it to the individual device.
- Open the Saphe Link app on your smartphone
- Select the Saphe device you want to activate a subscription for
- Go to the subscription section and choose the subscription you want
- Follow the instructions for payment and activation
- Repeat the process for your other Saphe device for the other car
