Will my Premium subscription be cancelled when I switch to Premium+?
Yes, your current Premium subscription will be automatically cancelled when you convert to Premium+. This means that you will not have two active subscriptions at the same time, as the old subscription ends when the new one takes effect.
Important to know: You can only switch one subscription at a time. If you have multiple subscriptions linked to your account, only the selected subscription will be cancelled and converted to Premium+. The other subscriptions will remain as they are until you choose to upgrade them.
Will my binding period be transferred if, for example, I have 6 months left when I switch to Premium+?
No, your binding period always starts from the purchase date of Premium+.
How the transferred days are calculated
If you have prepaid your Premium subscription, you can transfer the remaining value to your new Premium+ subscription. This ensures that you do not lose what you have already paid for.
It is important that you are logged in with the user account to which your Premium subscription is linked. If you are not, you will not have the option to transfer the prepaid value to the Premium+ subscription.
How we calculate your new value
Currently, you pay 29 DKK per month or 300 DKK per year for a Premium subscription. With the Premium+ subscription, the price will be 39 DKK per month or 460 DKK per year. Since Premium+ is more expensive, the transferred value in number of days will be lower than the remaining period on your current subscription.
This means that you will have fewer days transferred to your new Premium+ subscription than you have left on your current Premium subscription, because the higher daily price in Premium+ reduces the number of transferred days.

Will my Drive Pro stop working when I convert?
No, your Drive Pro will continue to function as normal. You still have access to the Premium features via the app, CarPlay/Android Auto, or your Saphe device.
Your new Premium+ subscription is activated and ready to use, but it will only become active when you connect your new Saphe T device to the subscription. When you connect your Saphe T device, your Saphe Drive Pro will automatically stop working. Remember, your previous Premium subscription ends when you convert to Premium+.
