This guide shows you how to easily update or add your payment information so that your Saphe subscription can be renewed without any issues.
When is this relevant?
When your payment date is approaching and your card has expired, or if you have not registered payment information with us, we will send you an email as a friendly reminder to update or add your payment details.
In the email, you will find a link that takes you directly to the page where you can update the information. You can also change the payment information without using the link in the email — just follow the guide below.
Steps
- Open the Saphe Link app
- Go to "Menu"
- Select "Subscription"
- Select your subscription
- Press the "Change" button
After this, you can update your payment information.
If your payment method is about to expire or is missing
If your payment method is about to expire, or if you have not previously added a payment method, the button next to your subscription will say "Update payment method" instead of "Change".
Press "Update payment method" to add or update your information.
