Create a Subscription

If you have a Saphe device that requires a subscription, or if you want to use Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, and Android Automotive, you need to have a subscription.

If you have a Saphe T, you must create a Premium+ subscription.

If you have a Saphe Drive Pro, Saphe Drive Mini, or simply want access to Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, and Android Automotive, you can create a Premium subscription.

How to get a subscription if you already have a device.

1. Open the Saphe Link app
2. Tap "Menu"
3. Select "Subscription"
4. Tap "New subscription"
5. Select "Unlock device"
6. Choose the device you want to unlock by tapping: "Get started"
7. Tap the option "Buy new subscription"
8. You will now have the option to enter your voucher code if you have received one. If you do not have a code, select "skip"
9. Then select payment frequency and payment method. Complete the payment setup.

How to get a subscription for the app, CarPlay or Android Auto

iPhone

1. Open the Saphe Link app
2. Tap "Menu"
3. Select "Subscription"
4. Tap "New subscription"
5. Choose "App and CarPlay"
6. Tap "Select Saphe Premium"
7. Select payment frequency and tap "Confirm purchase"
8. Then select payment method, and complete the payment.

Android

1. Open the Saphe Link app
2. Tap "Menu"
3. Select "Subscription"
4. Tap "New subscription"
5. Choose "App and Android Auto"
6. Tap "Select Saphe Premium"
7. Select payment frequency and tap "Confirm purchase"
8. Then select payment method, and complete the payment.
