Getting Started with Your Saphe

To get off to a good start with your Saphe device, it is important that the setup is done correctly from the beginning. Choose the guide below that suits you best, so you can be sure that your Saphe is installed properly.

Are you a new Saphe user?

1. Download the Saphe Link app from the App Store or Google Play. See the article: "Download and install Saphe Link"
2. Create a user account in the Saphe Link app. You can choose between Google, Apple, or email.
3. Log in with the email you want to associate with the subscription.

Connect to your Saphe

If this is your first time using the Saphe Link app, it will guide you through the rest of the setup. Remember to have Bluetooth enabled on your phone.

Do you already have the Saphe Link app?

Here’s how to connect to your Saphe:

1. Open the Saphe Link app
2. Tap "Menu"
3. Select "Devices"
4. Tap the name of your Saphe in the Saphe Link app.

Note: If your Saphe device requires a subscription and one is not already linked, you will be prompted to subscribe the first time you connect to the device.
