How to connect multiple phones to the same Saphe

You can link as many phones to your Saphe device as you need. Here is a guide on how to add an additional phone – as well as what to be aware of the first time.

Before you get started

• If your device requires a subscription, there must be an active subscription before you can add more users.
• A device only needs one subscription, so the other user does not need to take out a new subscription.
• The person who wants to link their phone must first create a free user account in the Saphe Link app.

Note: Only one person can be connected to Saphe T at a time.

How to add an extra phone

Once the user has registered as a free user, do the following:

1. Open the Saphe Link app.
2. Tap "Menu".
3. Select "Devices".
4. The Saphe device will appear under Other/unknown devices.
5. Tap the name of the Saphe you want to connect to.

Important the first time you set up multiple phones

A Saphe device can only be connected to one phone at a time, so remember to turn off Bluetooth on other phones that have previously been connected to Saphe.
Additionally, a phone can only be connected to one Saphe at a time. If you have multiple Saphe devices in the car, you must turn them off or remove them from the car before connecting to the desired Saphe.
