My Saphe shows padlock 🔒

If your Saphe T does not have a Premium+ subscription attached, you can still connect to the device. The only thing you will be able to see is the current speed you are driving at, as well as a padlock indicating that your Saphe T is locked.



Note: If you have already created a Premium+ subscription, make sure you are logged in with the email you used to create the subscription in the Saphe Link app. You can always check the email you are logged in with by:

How to do this:

1. Open the Saphe Link app
2. Select "Menu"
3. Tap on your "name" at the top
4. Here you can see which email you are logged in with.

If you are not logged in with the email that your subscription is linked to, you need to log out and then log in with the correct email.

Saphe Drive Pro

If your Saphe Drive Pro does not have a subscription attached, you can still connect to it. However, you will only be able to see the speed you are driving at, as well as a padlock indicating that your Saphe Drive Pro is locked.

Note: If you already have a subscription, make sure you are logged in with the email you used to create the subscription in the Saphe Link app. You can always see the email you are logged in with by opening the Saphe Link app -> Menu -> tap on your name at the top -> under the field "Account ID" you can see the email you are logged in with.

If you are not logged in with the email that your subscription is linked to, you need to log out and then log in with the correct email.

To be able to unlock your Saphe Drive Pro, you need to create a subscription. Here is a guide on how to do this:

How to create a subscription from a computer

1. Go to the website www.club.saphe.com.
2. Log in with Google, Apple, or email.
3. Click on the arrow next to your name at the top right, and select Account.
4. Select Subscription
5. Click on Create new subscription
6. Choose between a monthly or yearly subscription
7. You will be redirected to a payment page where you can pay with MobilePay or credit card.
8. If you pay by credit card, the payment must be confirmed with MitID.

How to create a subscription from your iPhone

1. Open the Saphe Link app.
2. Go to the menu and select Subscription
3. Tap on Buy subscription
4. Choose the subscription you want - Monthly or yearly
5. You will be redirected to a payment page where you can choose to pay with MobilePay or credit card.
   Once you have approved with MitID, you will receive the message - Saphe subscription is active

How to create a subscription from your Android phone

1. Open the Saphe Link app
2. Go to the menu and select Subscription
3. Tap on Buy subscription
4. Choose the subscription you want - Monthly or yearly
5. You will be redirected to a payment page where you can choose to pay with MobilePay or credit card.
   Once you have approved with MitID, you will receive the message - Saphe subscription is active
