If your Saphe T does not show speed or speed signs, or shows them incorrectly, it may be necessary to reset the phone's GPS.
Reset the phone's GPS
- Open "Settings" on your iPhone
- Go to "General"
- Select "Transfer or Reset iPhone"
- Choose "Reset" (Important: do NOT select "Erase All Settings")
- Then select "Reset Location & Privacy" - Enter your passcode if asked
- Tap "Reset Settings" You can now advantageously restart your iPhone. Restart your iPhone
Subsequently, open the Saphe Link app and allow the use of Bluetooth again
- Open "Settings" on your iPhone again
- Go to "Apps"
- Select "Saphe Link"
- Tap "Location" and set it to "Always"
Switch between miles and kilometres
If your Saphe T shows some incorrect speeds or some incorrect speed signs, it may also be because it displays speed in either miles or kilometres
- Open the Saphe Link app
- Go to "Menu"
- Select "General Settings"
- Choose Kilometres or miles under the item "Distance and speed"
Your Saphe T will now show the speed in the selected unit of measurement.
