Saphe T does not appear under other/unknown devices

If your Saphe T is not visible under other devices, a possible solution is to turn Bluetooth off and then on again. 
 

You can do this by following this guide:

How to do this on Android: 

1. Open your phone’s Settings
2. Go to Bluetooth
3. Turn Bluetooth off for about 15 seconds, then turn it on again 
4. After this, your Saphe T device will appear under "Other/Unknown devices" in the Saphe Link App

How to do this on iPhone:

1. Open your phone’s settings
2. Select "Bluetooth"
3. Turn Bluetooth off for about 15 seconds, then turn it on again 
4. After this, your Saphe T device will appear under "Other/Unknown devices" in the Saphe Link App
