A Saphe One+ uses the CR2450 button cell battery, which typically has a lifespan of 8-12 months before it needs to be replaced.
If you experience connection issues or the device blinks spontaneously, it often indicates that the device needs to be restarted. This can be done by removing and reinserting the battery. Alternatively, it may be necessary to replace the battery.
Changing the battery:
Remove the lid of your Saphe One+ by placing two fingers on the sides of the buttons.
Press gently against the sides of the buttons and pull the lid away from the bottom of your Saphe One+.
You can also:
- Use a butter knife, letter opener, or another flat object
- Slide it under both front buttons and twist until the lid pops off
- Then simply remove the lid
Now you can:
- Access the battery and slide it out
- Insert a new battery into your Saphe One+ and put the lid back on
