To connect your Saphe One+, you need to have the Saphe Link app installed on your phone.
On iPhone, you can download it from the App Store, and on Android, you can download it from the Google Play Store.

Creating an account and connecting Saphe One+
1. Open the Saphe Link app and continue with email, Google, or Apple.
2. Complete the quick guide in the app, which will guide you through the necessary permissions to ensure proper functionality.
3. Finally, you will be asked if you want to pair a Saphe device with the Saphe Link app. Press Yes to connect your Saphe One+.
4. The Devices menu in the Saphe Link app will then open.
5. Press Saphe One+ so the device moves to Paired Devices.
Your Saphe One+ will now appear with a green circle to the left of its name – this indicates that it is correctly connected.
Sound and Alarm Settings
Once the Saphe Link app is installed, you can customize Sound and Alarms to suit your needs.
1. Open the Saphe Link app.
2. Tap the three horizontal lines in the top right corner to open the menu.
3. Tap Sound and Alarms.
Here, you can adjust individual settings for each alarm type to match your preferences.
You can also completely disable alarms if you do not wish to receive them.
Which OS version does Saphe Link support?
At Saphe, we constantly strive to ensure our products and services are up-to-date and meet current standards. To focus on adding new, exciting features and improving the Saphe Link app, we are discontinuing support for older software versions. This allows us to provide the best user experience for our customers.
If you cannot update your device to a supported OS version, you can still use the Saphe Link app. However, please note that you will miss out on new updates, improvements, and features.
To access future updates and improvements in the Saphe Link app, your device must be updated to the following versions or newer:
iOS:
Your Apple device must be updated to iOS 16 or newer.
Android:
Your Android device must be updated to Android 8 or newer.
