Turn Your Saphe One+ on and off

Turn On: 

When you receive your Saphe One+, you need to turn it on first.

• To do this, press and hold the red button for 3-5 seconds. It will then blink green three times to indicate that it is on. Afterwards, it will light up red when you press the red button and blue when you press the blue button. 

Turn Off: 

• To turn off the Saphe One+, press and hold the red button. It will light up red and blink a few times before it turns off, indicating it has been switched off. 

How to Connect Your Saphe One+ If You Don’t Have the Saphe Link App

1. Make sure Bluetooth is turned on your phone.

2. Download the Saphe Link app from the App Store or Google Play.

3. Open the Saphe Link app and proceed with your email, Google, or Apple account.

4. Complete the quick guide in the app, which walks you through the required permissions for the app to work correctly.

5. At the end, you will be asked if you want to pair a Saphe device with the Saphe Link app. Tap Yes to connect your Saphe One+.

6. The Devices section will then open in the Saphe Link app.

7. Tap on Saphe One+, and the device will move to Paired Devices.

Your Saphe One+ will now display a green circle next to its name – this means it is correctly connected.

How to Connect Your Saphe One+ If You Already Have the Saphe Link App

1. Make sure Bluetooth is turned on your phone.

2. Open the Saphe Link app.

3. Go to the Devices section.

4. Ensure your Saphe One+ is turned on and nearby – it will appear under Unknown/Other Devices.

5. Tap on Saphe One+, and the device will move to Paired Devices.

Your Saphe One+ will now display a green circle next to its name – this means it is correctly connected.
