- Remove the Saphe Link app from your phone.
- Restart your iPhone to perform a soft reset. First press the volume up button, then the volume down button, and finally hold the power button until the phone completely turns off. It is important that you do not swipe to power off, but wait until the phone shuts down completely.

Turn the phone back on and download the Saphe Link app from the App Store.
