If your Saphe device does not appear in the Saphe Link app, this can often be resolved by turning Bluetooth off and on again. If that does not help, updating or restarting the device might do the trick. Here we show you how to do both.
Remember: You pair your Saphe device directly in the Saphe Link app – not in your phone’s Bluetooth settings.
Restart Bluetooth
- Turn off Bluetooth.
- Wait for 15 seconds.
- Turn Bluetooth back on.
- Check if your Saphe now appears under Other/unknown devices in the Saphe Link app.
