Convert your subscription from Premium to Premium+ (Danish users only)

A new Saphe traffic alarm has been released. Even if you already have a Saphe traffic alarm with a subscription, you can easily get started with Saphe T. You can upgrade your Saphe Premium subscription to a Premium+ subscription.

Product upgrade – from Drive Pro to Saphe T

The new Saphe T is the latest generation of traffic alarm and has all the features that Saphe Drive Pro offers – that is, road alerts about speed controls, hazards, accidents and speed limits – but with improved hardware, a touchscreen and longer battery life via PowerDock. Drive Pro can still be used, but when the new Saphe T is connected to your subscription, Drive Pro will no longer be active.

Subscription change – from Premium to Premium+

To use Saphe T, you need a Saphe Premium+ subscription, which is an upgraded version of the previous Saphe Premium. When you convert, your current Premium subscription will be cancelled, and the new Premium+ will be activated instead.

Transfer of remaining value

If you have already paid for your existing Premium subscription in advance, you can transfer part of the prepaid value to Premium+. Since Premium+ costs a little more (£3.90/month instead of £2.90/month), the transferred time will be slightly shorter than the original remaining period.

How to transfer your subscription via the Saphe Link app the first time you connect to your Saphe T

• Open the Saphe Link app
• Tap "Menu"
• Select "Subscription"
• Choose the device you want to unlock by tapping: "Unlock device"
• Tap the option "Buy new subscription"
• You will now have the opportunity to enter your voucher code.
• Then select payment frequency and payment method. Complete the payment setup.
• You will now return to the Saphe Link app and be offered the option to convert your subscription. Select "Proceed to transfer"
• Your Saphe Premium subscriptions will now be displayed. Tap "Select" next to the Premium subscription you want to transfer.
• Now choose "Confirm transfer"
• A window will open where you again select "Confirm transfer"
• Complete the conversion by selecting "Continue"

Did you not convert your Premium to Premium+?

Fortunately, you can always convert your subscription. Do so as follows:

• Open the Saphe Link app
• Go to "Menu"
• Select "Subscription"
• Tap "Select" on the Premium subscription to be converted
• Tap "transfer"
• The Saphe Link app will now show the Premium+ subscription. Tap "select"
• You will now see how many months and days will be transferred to your Premium+ subscription. Select "Confirm transfer"
• A window will open, here you must again tap "Confirm transfer"
• Complete the conversion by selecting "Continue"
