If you are already a Saphe user, it is important to follow the guide below to ensure a correct start-up of Saphe T.
When you have ordered your Saphe T directly through our website, you should do the following:
1. Make sure you are logged into the Saphe Link app with the email you used to order Saphe T.
- Open the Link app > menu > tap your name at the top, and scroll down a little, then you will be able to see which email you are logged in with.
- If you are logged in with the correct email, proceed to step 2.
- If you are NOT logged in with the correct email, you need to log out, which can be done at the bottom, and then log in with the correct email.
2. Tap menu > tap devices > and then your Saphe T will appear under: other/unknown devices, tap "pair".
3. You will then see that Saphe T moves up to paired devices, and it will say it is connected.
4. Now Saphe T is ready to be placed in the car.
Have you bought Saphe T in a store?
When you have bought a Saphe T in a store, with included subscription, you need to activate the subscription first.
1. Open the Saphe Link app
2. Tap "Menu"
3. Tap "Subscription"
4. Choose "Buy subscription"
5. Here you tap: "Saphe Premium+"
6. If you have a previous subscription, it will appear now. If not, skip to step 8
7. Choose whether the previous value should be transferred to the new subscription.
8. Then enter the value code and complete the confirmation.
9. You will now receive an email confirming the creation, and you only need to connect to your Saphe T
