If you are experiencing problems with the connection to your Saphe, or it is acting up in other ways, sometimes reinstalling the Saphe Link app can help.
- Remove the Saphe Link app from your phone.
- Restart your iPhone to perform a soft reset. First press the volume up button, then the volume down button, and finally hold the power button until the phone turns off. It is important that you do not swipe to turn off, but wait until the phone turns off completely.
- Turn the phone back on, and download the Saphe Link app again from the App Store.
- Complete the setup again, and reconnect to your Saphe.
