My Saphe Drive Mini only shows a black screen

If your Saphe Drive Mini only shows a black screen and does not respond, even when you plug it in for charging, it may be because a device update is available that needs to be installed.

Follow this guide to complete the update:

1. Connect the Saphe Drive Mini to the charger.

2. Press and hold both the red and blue buttons simultaneously for approximately 15 seconds. 

3. A gear icon will appear on the screen.

4. Open the Saphe Link app → Menu → Devices.

5. Under Other/Unknown Devices, you will see Saphe DFU.

6. Tap Saphe DFU, and the device will start a firmware update.

7. Once the update is complete, the Saphe Drive Mini will reconnect automatically.

8. It is recommended to keep the device connected to the charger after the update.
