When your Saphe One+ is connected and set up in the Saphe Link app, Bluetooth must be enabled, and location services set to Always. Saphe One+ will automatically connect when you get into the car.
You will hear a beep when the connection is established correctly.
Note: The LED does not light up when Saphe One+ is connected properly.
Troubleshooting
If the connection is not stable, you can try the following:

iPhone - Set location to "Always"
- Go to Settings → Apps → Saphe Link.
- Select "Location" and set it to "Always".
- Enable "Precise Location" if it is not already on.
Note: "Always" does not mean Saphe always has access to your location. Data is only shared if you choose to send it.
iPhone - Disable low power mode
- Go to Settings → Battery.
- Turn off "Low Power Mode".
If this feature is enabled, the iPhone may close the Saphe Link app even if it is running in the background.
iPhone - Reinstall the Saphe Link app
- Delete the Saphe Link app.
- Restart your iPhone (press volume up, volume down, and hold the power button until the phone switches off).
- Reinstall the Saphe Link app and set it up again.
Android - Set location to "Always"
- Go to Settings → Apps → Saphe Link.
- Select Permissions → Location → Always.
- Enable "Precise Location" if it is not already on.
Android - Reinstall the Saphe Link app
- Delete the Saphe Link app.
- Restart your phone.
- Reinstall the Saphe Link app and set it up again.
Android - Clear Bluetooth data
- Go to Settings → Apps (choose to show system apps).
- Select Bluetooth → Storage → Clear data.
- Restart your phone.
Note: You will need to reconnect your Bluetooth devices afterwards.
