The Saphe One+ has been discontinued and is unfortunately no longer available for purchase.

How to Turn the Saphe One+ On and Off

Turn on: Hold down the red button for 3-5 seconds until it flashes green three times. Then press the red or blue button to check if it lights up red or blue respectively.

Turn off: Hold down the red button until it flashes red and switches off.

How to Connect the Saphe One+ (if you do not have the Saphe Link app)

1. Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone.
2. Download the Saphe Link app from the App Store or Google Play.
3. Open the app and log in with your email, Google, or Apple account.
4. Follow the instructions in the app to grant the necessary permissions.
5. Select "Yes" when asked if you want to pair a Saphe device.
6. Under “Devices” in the app, tap Saphe One+ to move it to “Paired devices”.

When Saphe One+ appears with a green circle, it is connected.

How to Connect the Saphe One+ (if you already have the Saphe Link app)

1. Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone.
2. Open the Saphe Link app.
3. Go to “Devices”.
4. Make sure the Saphe One+ is turned on and nearby – it will then appear under “Unknown/Other devices”.
5. Tap Saphe One+ to move it to “Paired devices”.

When Saphe One+ appears with a green circle, it is connected.
