The speed limit is incorrect – what should I do

We do our best to keep our speed map updated. Nevertheless, you may experience that an incorrect speed sign is displayed. This article shows how to report the error.

Report the error via email

You are always welcome to write to us at support@saphe.dk. In the email, please describe where the incorrect speed sign is shown. If possible, we would very much like to know from where to where the speed limit should be changed.

Report the error directly on the device

On some devices, you can report errors on speed signs directly on the device itself.

Saphe T

1. Hold your finger on the speed sign on the Saphe T itself. The speed sign will now be displayed with a "?". You do not need to do anything else on the device.
2. A report will now open in the Saphe Link app, where you need to enter the correct speed limit, etc.

How to find the report in the Saphe Link app:

1. Tap on Drive.
2. Tap the map icon at the top left.
3. The report will now open, and you will have the option to correct it.

Saphe Drive Pro

1. Press the blue button on your Saphe Drive Pro twice.
2. A report will now open in the Saphe Link app, where you need to enter the correct speed limit, etc.
