How to Report an Alert on Your Saphe

Saphe is a traffic community – this means we help each other by reporting alerts so other users can benefit from them. Find your device below and see how to report an alert and approve others' alerts.

How to Report an Alert

1. Press "+" in the top right corner.
2. Select the type of alert.
3. The alert will now appear with a green check mark.
4. The alert has now been reported.

Approve or Reject an Alert

• Approve an alert by pressing the green check mark.
• Reject an alert by pressing the red cross.

Saphe Drive Pro

• 1 press of the red button: Report hazards on the road.
• 2 presses of the red button: Report a car in the emergency lane.
• 1 press of the blue button: Report mobile speed controls, e.g. speed cameras.
• 2 presses of the blue button: Report a speed change (Danish feature).

Approve or Reject an Alert

Approve an alert when it appears by pressing the blue button next to the check mark.

Reject the alert by pressing the red button next to the cross.

Saphe Drive Mini

• 1 press of the red button: Report hazards on the road.
• 2 presses of the red button: Report a car in the emergency lane.
• 1 press of the blue button: Report mobile speed controls, e.g. speed cameras.
• 2 presses of the blue button: Report a speed camera.

Approve or Reject an Alert

Approve an alert when it appears by pressing the blue button next to the check mark.

Reject the alert by pressing the red button next to the cross.

Saphe Drive

• Press the button on the left once to report a speed camera.
• Press the button on the right once to report a hazard, e.g. debris on the road.
• Hold the button on the right to report a car in the emergency lane.

Approve an Alert

Approve an alert by pressing the round button in the middle.

One+

• All types of speed cameras are reported by pressing the blue button.
• All types of hazards and cars in the emergency lane are reported by pressing the red button.

Approve an Alert

• Confirm speed camera alerts on the blue button.
• Confirm hazard alerts on the red button.
