As part of our security measures, we have temporarily disabled login via email. In the meantime, you can continue to log in securely via Google or Apple ID.

Have you received an email with a verification code without trying to log in yourself? You are not alone – and there is nothing to worry about. Here we explain what has happened and what you can do, if anything.
What has happened?
Over the recent period, we have seen a number of automated attempts to log in to our service using random email addresses. Unfortunately, this is something most online services experience from time to time.
If your email address was among those attempted, our system automatically sent you a verification code. This explains why you received a code you did not request.
Is my account at risk?
No. Receiving the code is actually a sign that the security is working as it should.
To access your account, one must both know your password and have access to the verification code we send. The code is only sent to you – to your email address. As long as no one else has access to your inbox, no one can use the code to log in.
In other words: The fact that the code arrived with you and not with the person attempting to log in is proof that the protection is effective.
What should I do?
You do not need to take any action. You can safely delete the email and ignore the code.
You should only respond if you also experience one of the following:
You suddenly cannot log in to your account
You receive messages about changes to your account that you did not make yourself.
If this happens, please contact us immediately and we will assist you further.
A good tip regardless
Even though nothing has happened to your account, it is always good practice to use a unique password that you do not reuse on other services. If you use the same password in multiple places, this might be a good opportunity to change it – but there is no urgency because of this situation.
