Unfortunately, we sometimes experience that some people send fake emails that resemble those we send from Saphe. This article helps you recognise genuine emails from Saphe and act safely if you are in doubt.
What a Genuine Saphe Email Looks Like
You can receive emails from Saphe from the following email addresses:
- support@saphe.com
- marketing@marketing.saphe.com
- info@info.saphe.com
- noreply@email.saphe.com
- noreply@service.saphe.com
What to Do with a Suspicious Email
If you receive an email that appears to be from Saphe but comes from an email address other than those listed above, we advise you to:
- Do not click on anything in the email.
- Delete the email.
Tip: If the email concerns a missed payment, you can always arrange this directly in the Saphe Link app. This way, you can be sure that the payment is set up for Saphe.
Update Your Payment Method in the Saphe Link App
- Open the Saphe Link app.
- Tap on "Menu".
- Select "Subscription".
- Tap on "Add payment method" or "Change".
- Choose the desired payment method and complete the payment setup.
