Update your Saphe device

Your Saphe device updates automatically by default. Device updates are included with app updates for Saphe Link, so it is always important that your Saphe Link app is up to date.

If you want to force a device update yourself, you can follow the instructions for your model below.

Saphe Drive Pro

1. Connect your Saphe Drive Pro to power and keep it connected during the following steps.
2. Hold down the red and blue buttons for about 15 seconds until a gear icon appears on the screen.
3. Open the Saphe Link app.
4. If "Device update" now appears, you do not need to do anything else.
5. Go to "Menu".
6. Tap on "Devices".
7. Select "Saphe DFU".
8. Let the device charge for about 6 hours, as the device update requires a significant amount of power.

Saphe Drive Mini

1. Connect your Saphe Drive Mini to power and keep it connected during the following steps.
2. Hold down the red and blue buttons for about 15 seconds until a gear icon appears on the screen.
3. Open the Saphe Link app.
4. If "Device update" now appears, you do not need to do anything else.
5. Go to "Menu".
6. Tap on "Devices".
7. Select "Saphe DFU".
8. Let the device charge for about 6 hours, as the device update requires a significant amount of power.
