Sometimes it may be necessary to restart your Saphe device – for example, if it does not connect or behaves unexpectedly. Find your model below and follow the instructions.
Saphe T
- Press the power button on your Saphe T.
- Select "Restart".
- Your Saphe T will now restart.
Saphe Drive Pro
- Hold down the red button on your Saphe Drive Pro for about 15 seconds.
- The Bluetooth icon will start flashing.
- The connection to your device will now be re-established.
Saphe Drive Mini
- Hold down the red button on your Saphe Drive Mini for about 15 seconds.
- The Bluetooth icon will start flashing.
- The connection between your device and phone will now be re-established.
Saphe Drive
- Hold the round button in the centre of the device for 10 seconds.
- The device will now restart, and the connection to the phone will be re-established afterwards.
One+
- Remove the battery from the device.
- Wait 1 minute, then reinsert the battery.
- Reconnect to your device in the Saphe Link app: Menu > Devices.

MC
- Remove the battery from the device.
