Which email addresses does Saphe use?

Unfortunately, we sometimes experience that some send fake emails that resemble the emails we send from Saphe. 

You can receive emails from Saphe from the following email addresses: 

support@saphe.com

marketing@marketing.saphe.com

info@info.saphe.com

noreply@email.saphe.com

noreply@service.saphe.com

If you receive emails that appear to be from Saphe but come from an email address other than the ones above, we advise you not to click anything in the email and instead delete the email. If your email concerns a missed payment, you can always set it up directly in the Saphe Link app. This way we ensure that the payment is set up to Saphe. 

Update your payment method directly in the Saphe Link app: 

• Open the Saphe Link app 
• Tap on "menu"
• Select "Subscription"
• Tap on "Add payment method"
• Choose the desired payment method and complete the payment setup.
