Restart your iPhone

If you are experiencing issues with your Saphe T, it may be necessary to restart your iPhone.

Here’s how to do it:

1. Press the volume up button on your iPhone, then quickly release it.
2. Then press the volume down button on your iPhone, and quickly release it again.
3. Now hold down the side button until the Apple logo appears – this can take up to 15 seconds.
4. Allow your iPhone to restart.
