Cancel your subscription in the Saphe Link app
- Open the Saphe Link app
- Tap on "Menu"
- Select "Subscription"
- Tap on the subscription and select "Cancel subscription"
Cancel at club.saphe.com
- Go to: club.saphe.com
- Log in with the user account the subscription is linked to – choose between: Google, Apple or email.
- Select "Subscription"
- Select "Cancel"
Are you listed as a free user even though you are paying for a subscription?
If you have a subscription with Saphe but are still listed as a free user, it suggests you are logged in with a different user account than the one the subscription is attached to.
In the Saphe Link app, you can check how you are logged in as follows:
- Open the Saphe Link app
- Select "Menu"
- Tap your name at the top of the menu
- See which email is listed here.
If the wrong email is listed, simply select "log out" and then log in with the correct user.
At club.saphe.com you can check how you are logged in as follows:
- Click on "User information" and check that it is the correct email.
If the wrong email is listed, simply select "log out" and then log in with the correct user.
