We are currently experiencing a significant increase in the number of fake emails regarding unpaid Saphe Premium subscriptions. These fraudulent messages can appear very convincing, so it is important to be extra vigilant if you receive emails with this content. Unfortunately, it has become more common for scammers to try to trick people into paying or providing personal information by pretending to be Saphe.
To ensure that the email actually comes from us, you should always check the sender's address. All official emails from Saphe regarding payments are only sent from the address support@saphe.com. If you receive a payment message that is not sent from this email address, it is a fake email. In such cases, you should not respond to the message or follow any links in the email, but instead delete it immediately.
If you are ever in doubt about the authenticity of an email, you are always very welcome to contact our customer service. You can call us on 42 90 33 11 (UK - +44 330 808 0737), Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm (UK - 7AM to 4PM), where our staff are ready to help you. Alternatively, you can send an email to support@saphe.com, where we will also quickly answer your questions and help you determine whether a message is genuine or fake. We encourage you to always get in touch if you feel unsure, so that together we can prevent fraud and protect your information as best as possible.
