Sound Settings

When you have the Saphe Link app installed, you have the option to customise Sound and Alarms to best suit your driving needs 
 

Setting up Sound and Alarms

1. Open the Saphe Link app 
2. Tap on menu
3. Tap on sound and alarms 

You have the option to customise the settings for each alarm type so they fit you perfectly. If there is an alarm you do not want, you can also choose to disable it completely. 

If you connect your phone via the car’s Bluetooth, for example to listen to music, it is often important to make an additional change so that Saphe will still make a sound when there is an alarm. 

1. Open the Saphe Link app
2. Tap on Menu
3. Tap on sound and alarms 
4. Tap on advanced sound settings

Here you can change the Bluetooth reception so that the Saphe Link app works as well as possible with the car’s Bluetooth 

Bluetooth channel must be set to either:

- Via Bluetooth hands-free (HFP) 
or 
- Via Bluetooth media audio (A2DP) 

Depending on which Bluetooth signal is in the car
