How do I charge Saphe T

Saphe T does not have a replaceable battery and therefore needs to be charged from time to time.

How to charge your Saphe T

You do this by placing your Saphe T on our PowerDock. When Saphe T is seated in the small recess, the device will charge. 
This means you never need to take your Saphe T out of the car to charge it. Instead, you just need to make sure to charge your PowerDock occasionally. 

The Saphe T itself has about 130 driving hours. 
The PowerDock can charge a Saphe T device five times on a full charge. 

How do I see that my Saphe T needs charging? 

You can see if your Saphe T needs charging in two ways – both on the device and in the Saphe Link app

On Saphe T

1. Swipe down on the left side of the screen on Saphe T to open a menu
2. The battery with a percentage will now be displayed. 

When no phone is connected to Saphe T, you can see a small battery icon that shows how much power is left on the device. This icon disappears when the device is connected to your phone. 

You can also check the power level in the Saphe Link app

1. Open the Saphe Link app 
2. Select "Menu"
3. Tap on "Devices"
4. Select "Saphe T"
5. You will now be able to see various information about your Saphe T, including the power level. 
   
   

Note: When you check the power level of your Saphe T in the Saphe Link app, you will see the power level the device had the last time your phone was connected to the device. If others have used Saphe T since then, the power level may have changed.
