I cannot find my Saphe Drive Mini in the app

For your Saphe Drive Mini to connect to your phone, Bluetooth must be turned on. Remember, it must be connected via the Saphe Link app and not through your phone's Bluetooth settings. It may help to toggle Bluetooth off and on again on your phone. Make sure it is switched off for 15 seconds before turning it back on. Then check if your Saphe Drive Pro appears under other/unknown devices in the Saphe Link app.

If it still does not appear under "unknown/other devices" in the app, it indicates that the device needs to be updated.

How to update your Saphe Drive Mini

1.  Charge your Saphe Drive Mini for 20 minutes using a 230V charger (you may keep it connected to power while performing the remaining steps).
2. Press and hold the blue and red buttons simultaneously for 20 seconds. (Release the buttons when you see ⚙️ on the screen).
3. Open the Saphe Link app. If the app shows an update, simply complete it.
4. If no update is shown in the app, go to Menu > Devices
5. Select "Saphe DFU" and then your Saphe Drive Mini will start the update.
6. When it is finished, you should charge it for 6-8 hours to ensure full battery capacity.
