I can't find my Saphe Drive Mini in the app

For your Saphe Drive Mini to connect to your phone, Bluetooth must be switched on. Remember that it must be connected via the Saphe Link app and not via your phone's Bluetooth settings. You can switch Bluetooth on and off on your phone. Make sure it is switched off for 15 seconds before switching it on again. Then check if your Saphe Drive Mini appears under other/unknown devices in the Saphe Link app.

If it still does not appear under unknown/other devices in the app, it indicates that the device needs to be updated.

How to update your Saphe Drive Mini:

1. Charge Saphe Drive Mini for 20 minutes with a 230V charger (please leave it plugged in while performing the remaining steps).

2. Hold down the blue and red buttons simultaneously for 20 seconds. (Release the buttons when you see ⚙️ on the screen).

3. Open the Saphe Link app. If the app shows an update, simply complete it.

4. If the app does not show an update, go to Menu > Devices

5. Select Saphe DFU and then your Saphe Drive Mini will start the update.

6. Once complete, you should charge it for 6-8 hours to ensure full battery capacity.
