What happens when I cancel?

If you cancel your subscription, you will lose access to the subscription features. This article explains what that means and when the subscription ends.

What do I lose access to?

Without an active subscription, you cannot use the Saphe T, Saphe Drive Pro, and Saphe Drive Mini devices. Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and Android Automotive will also stop working.

When does the subscription end?

If you cancel your subscription, it will generally remain active until the next renewal date. You can therefore use the subscription until that date.

Have I paid for a whole year?

If you have an annual subscription and cancel it, you can contact us for a refund of the remaining period.

Note: If we issue a refund, the subscription will be closed and will no longer be active.
