Sometimes the screen on your Saphe device may go black. This can be due to various reasons. Find your device below and follow the instructions.
Saphe T
- Place your Saphe T in the Powerdock and let it charge for 30 minutes.
- Briefly press the "power button" – you do not need to hold it down.
- Your device should now turn on.
Saphe Drive Pro
- Place your Saphe Drive Pro in the charger.
- Hold down both the red and blue buttons simultaneously for about 15 seconds.
- A gear icon will appear on the screen.
- Open the Saphe Link app: Menu > Devices.
- Under "Other/unknown devices" you will see "Saphe DFU".
- Tap "Saphe DFU" – the device will now start an update.
- When the update is complete, your Saphe Drive Pro will reconnect.
- It is advisable to keep the device charging after the update.
Saphe Drive Mini
- Place your Saphe Drive Mini in the charger.
- Hold down both the red and blue buttons simultaneously for about 15 seconds.
- A gear icon will appear on the screen.
- Open the Saphe Link app: Menu > Devices.
- Under "Other/unknown devices" you will see "Saphe DFU".
- Tap "Saphe DFU" – the device will now start an update.
- When the update is complete, your Saphe Drive Mini will reconnect.
- It is advisable to keep the device charging after the update.
