The screen on my Saphe device has gone black

Sometimes the screen on your Saphe device may go black. This can be due to various reasons. Find your device below and follow the instructions.

Saphe T

1. Place your Saphe T in the Powerdock and let it charge for 30 minutes.
2. Briefly press the "power button" – you do not need to hold it down.
3. Your device should now turn on.

Saphe Drive Pro

1. Place your Saphe Drive Pro in the charger.
2. Hold down both the red and blue buttons simultaneously for about 15 seconds.
3. A gear icon will appear on the screen.
4. Open the Saphe Link app: Menu > Devices.
5. Under "Other/unknown devices" you will see "Saphe DFU".
6. Tap "Saphe DFU" – the device will now start an update.
7. When the update is complete, your Saphe Drive Pro will reconnect.
8. It is advisable to keep the device charging after the update.

Saphe Drive Mini

1. Place your Saphe Drive Mini in the charger.
2. Hold down both the red and blue buttons simultaneously for about 15 seconds.
3. A gear icon will appear on the screen.
4. Open the Saphe Link app: Menu > Devices.
5. Under "Other/unknown devices" you will see "Saphe DFU".
6. Tap "Saphe DFU" – the device will now start an update.
7. When the update is complete, your Saphe Drive Mini will reconnect.
8. It is advisable to keep the device charging after the update.
