If you have Apple CarPlay in your car, you can easily bring up the Saphe Link app on the screen. Here, you can follow along on the map, see your speed, the speed limit, and the various alerts you pass.
Note: To use the Saphe Link app via Apple CarPlay, you must have a Saphe Premium or Saphe Premium+ subscription.

Setup
To connect the Saphe Link app to the car’s Apple CarPlay system, you need to connect a charging cable from the car to the phone so the systems can communicate. In most cars, it does not work without a cable.
When Apple CarPlay is opened on the car’s infotainment screen, you will be able to find Saphe Link among the available apps. Tap it to open the app on the screen.
How to use Saphe Link in Apple CarPlay
With Saphe Link via Apple CarPlay you can:
- Search for addresses, after which the route is shown with a blue line.
- Report alerts such as speed cameras, accidents, and hazards on the road.
- See your current speed.
- See the current speed limit as well as the next upcoming one.
Compatibility with Apple CarPlay
Saphe Link’s integration with Apple CarPlay (as well as Android Auto and Automotive) only works with the car’s factory-installed systems. Functionality is ensured when the integration is part of the car’s original equipment.
