If your Saphe shows a padlock, it means that the device does not have an active subscription attached. You can still connect to it and see the current speed, but the other features are locked. Here you can read what you can do – both if you already have a subscription, and if you need to buy a new one with a voucher code.

If your Saphe does not have a subscription attached, you can still connect to the device. However, you will only be able to see the current speed and a padlock indicating that your Saphe is locked.
Note: If you have already created a subscription, make sure that you are logged in with the email you used to create the subscription.
How to check which email you are logged in with
- Open the Saphe Link app
- Select "Menu"
- Tap your "name" at the top
- Here you can see which email you are logged in with.
If you are not logged in with the email your subscription is linked to, you must log out and then log in with the correct email.
