Sometimes it may be necessary to transfer your subscription from one Saphe device to another. Fortunately, this can be done easily in the Saphe Link app. Here is a guide on how to do it.
Before You Start
Make sure you are logged in with the user account to which the subscription is linked.
How to Transfer the Subscription
- Open the Saphe Link app.
- Go to the "Devices" menu.
- Select the device you want to transfer the subscription to.
- Tap "Unlock device".
- Tap "Select" next to the "manage licences" option.
- Choose the subscription you want to transfer and tap "Replace".
- A window will appear where you again select "Replace".
- Complete the transfer by tapping "Get started".
- Your subscription has now been transferred, and you can start using the new Saphe device.
