Is my Premium subscription cancelled when I convert to Premium+?
Yes, your Premium subscription will be cancelled in connection with the conversion to Premium+
Note: it is only possible to convert one subscription, so if you have 2 subscriptions linked to your account, only the selected one will be cancelled.
Is my binding period then moved, if for example I have 6 months that are converted to Premium+?
No, your binding period starts from the purchase date.
How the transferred days are calculated
If you have prepaid your subscription and have more than one month left, you can transfer the prepaid value to your new Premium+ subscription. Therefore, you must ensure that you are logged in with the user account you currently use - otherwise, you will not have the option to transfer the prepaid value.
How we calculate your new value
Today you pay 29 DKK/month or 300 DKK/year for Premium. Going forward, you will pay 39 DKK/month or 460 DKK/year for Premium+. This means you will get fewer days transferred to the new subscription than you currently have left.
Example of; from Premium to Premium+
+2 months corresponds to approx. 1 month and 7 days. 6 months corresponds to approx. 3 months and 28 days. 12 months corresponds to approx. 7 months and 25 days.
You can only transfer one Premium subscription per purchase
You will see all your active Premium subscriptions when you log in. However, you can only transfer one subscription per purchase. If you have two Premium subscriptions to transfer to Premium+, we recommend completing two separate purchases.
When you convert 1 Premium to 2 Premium+
Be aware that if you buy 2 Premium+ and convert 1 Premium subscription, the transferred value will be evenly distributed between the 2 new Premium+. For example, a transferred value of 1 month and 1 day will become 16 days on each Premium+. So the same value - but divided between the two new subscriptions.
Does your Pro then stop working?
No, you still have the Premium features via the app, CarPlay/Android Auto or your Saphe device - just like before. Your Premium+ is now activated and waiting for you to connect your new Saphe T to your subscription. Your Premium subscription has ended.
