When your payment date approaches and your card has expired, or you don’t have payment details registered in our system, we will send you an email reminding you to update or add your payment information.
The email will contain a link that takes you directly to the page where you can update your information. You can also update your payment details without using the link in the email by following the guide below.
On the phone
1. Open the Saphe Link app.
2. Go to the menu.
3. Select Subscription.
4. Select the active subscription. 5.Here, you can add payment details, change the payment method, and adjust the payment interval – monthly or yearly.
4. Scroll down to your active subscription and tap the white button next to Payment, which will either say Add or Update, and enter your payment details.
