I cannot find my Saphe Drive Pro in the app

For your Saphe Drive Pro to connect to your phone, Bluetooth must be enabled. Remember, it must be connected via the Saphe Link app and not through your phone’s Bluetooth settings. It can be helpful to toggle Bluetooth off and on again on your phone. Make sure it is turned off for 15 seconds before turning it back on. Then check if your Saphe Drive Pro appears under other/unknown devices in the Saphe Link app.

If it still does not appear under "unknown/other devices" in the app, it indicates that the device needs to be updated.

How to update your Saphe Drive Pro

1. Charge the Saphe Drive Pro for 20 minutes using a 230V charger (you can keep it plugged in while performing the remaining steps).
2. Hold down the blue and red buttons simultaneously for 20 seconds. (Release the buttons when you see ⚙️ on the screen).
3. Open the Saphe Link app. If the app shows an update, simply complete it.
4. If no update appears in the app, go to Menu > Devices
5. Select "Saphe DFU" and then your Saphe Drive Pro will start the update.
6. When it is finished, you should charge it for 6-8 hours to ensure full battery capacity.
