How to create a user or log in

To get off to a good start with Saphe Drive Pro, it is important that it is set up correctly. Therefore, choose the guide that suits you best so that you get a good setup from the beginning.

Create a new Saphe user

Download the Saphe Link app from the App Store or Google Play.

Create a user in the Saphe Link app. You will get three options: Google*, Apple* or email.

Once the user is created, you can follow the instructions in the app to pair it with the traffic alarm.

To activate and use your Saphe Drive Pro, you must create a Saphe subscription.
If you do not have a subscription, there will be a padlock on your Saphe Drive Pro. If you have purchased a Saphe Drive Pro with 12 months subscription included, you just need to pair it with the traffic alarm.

Note: If you choose Google or Apple, you will be automatically logged in with the email associated with the selected platform.

Login for existing Saphe user

1. Open the Saphe Link app
2. Go to the menu item Devices
3. Connect to the new Saphe Drive Pro, which will be under other/unknown devices.

If you already have a subscription, it will be automatically linked to the traffic alarm.

If you do not have a subscription yet, when connecting to the device you will have the option to purchase a subscription. Unless you have purchased a Saphe Drive Pro with 12 months subscription included – then you just need to pair with the traffic alarm.
